A 66-year-old man from Puyallup died after he was hit by a car in Packwood.

According to a memo from Washington State Patrol, Alan Sargent was found dead on the westbound shoulder near Skate Creek Road.
The driver left the scene without stopping and troopers don’t have a description of the car.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
