A warrant has been issued for a man after he cut off his ankle monitor and escaped home detention in Kitsap County, according to the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office.
Brandon J. Bishop was recently released from prison and was less than a week into a re-entry program before he cut off his ankle monitor.
The Department of Corrections believe he was last seen in Port Angeles.
Bishop has a history of auto theft.
