A manhunt is underway in two counties for a fugitive charged with murder.
A reward of $1,000 is being offered as a reward for the arrest of Juan Galeana Madrigal, who police connect to the May shooting death of a Kirkland man on Northeast 138th Place.
Police have been quietly trying to find him since then, and now they’re asking for the public's help.
Officials say Madrigal is a known drug trafficker who previously stayed in Auburn area hotels and has family in Tacoma.
His last know location was Palm Desert, Calif., where Madrigal also has family.
