We took video moments after a man offered to sell fake gold jewelry to a KIRO 7 photographer in exchange for gas money -- and a victim insists the person in the video is the same man who sold him cheap jewelry last week.

"When I saw this picture, my heart began pumping because all of a sudden I recognized the person that scammed me on Thursday last week," said the man who was approached on an Interstate 5 off ramp.
