SEATTLE — Seattle Police West Precinct officers arrested a man accused of throwing glass bottles full of urine at a passerby out a third-story window.

The incident happened on May 25, but police said the suspect refused to come out of his apartment.

After officers got a warrant to search the apartment, they served it and arrested the man on Friday.

Police said dozens of bottles filled with “a substance consistent with urine” were found inside the apartment, along with assorted weapons, including samurai swords and brass knuckles.
