Death of woman whose body was found in Tacoma ruled a homicide

TACOMA, Wash. — Tacoma Police investigators said the death of a woman whose body was found Monday morning was ruled a homicide.

At 8:35 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of South Madison Street.

When they arrived at the location, they found an unresponsive woman.

Tacoma Fire Department medics arrived, and the woman was pronounced dead.

Crime scene technicians processed the scene later Monday and confirmed her death was a homicide.

No one has been arrested in the case.
