Food Network star Guy Fieri, who hosts several TV shows including “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” spent time with local firefighters helping fight wildfires in California.
Eastside Fire & Rescue posted on Facebook that Fieri helped feed members of IAFF Local 2878, who serve Issaquah, Sammamish, North Bend, Carnation, Duvall, Fall City, Snoqualmie and fire districts 10 and 38.
The firefighters are helping fight the LNU Lightning Complex fire in northern California, which has burned 373,324 acres in Napa, Sonoma, Solano, Lake and Yolo counties. It is 41% contained.
It is not known if Fieri took firefighters on a trip to “Flavortown” during his visit.
