The flagship radio home of the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks, 710 ESPN Seattle, will now be known as Seattle Sports, Bonneville Seattle radio group announced Monday.
Seattle Sports will continue to air on 710 AM radio, online at SeattleSports.com, and streaming on its Seattle Sports app.
Seattle Sports will also continue airing the same insider content and programming it shares under the 710 ESPN branding.
“Our focus and investment has always been live and local,” said Cathy Cangiano, senior vice president and market manager of Bonneville Seattle. “We are more than a radio station. We are Seattle Sports, a content creator that distributes the best in Seattle Sports across multiple platforms.”
Seattle Sports content will continue to be created by sports personalities Mike Salk, Justin Barnes, Jake Heaps, Stacy Rost, Bob Stelton and Dave Wyman, as well as other regular contributors Michael Bumpus, John Clayton, Shannon Drayer, and Brock Huard.
