ISSAQUAH, Wash. — Fire crews put out a fire at a restaurant in Issaquah’s Gilman Village for the second time within a day.
Crews from Eastside Fire were called to The Egg and Us at 3:47 a.m. Wednesday.
Fire officials said the building was fully involved in flames when they arrived.
The roof collapsed and the fire was fought defensively from the outside.
On Tuesday, crews put out a fire at the same business. It was confined to kitchen but there was significant smoke damage.
It is not yet known if Wednesday’s fire was a new one or the same one rekindled from Tuesday.
