A 49-year-old man allegedly caught masturbating outside the window of a Bellingham residence was booked into the Whatcom County Jail on Monday and later released, according to the Bellingham police.
Kris Jablonski was reportedly seen by a resident outside of their roommate’s window committing the indecent act.
Police said officers responded at about 1 a.m. after the victim saw Jablonski hunched outside their front window with his pants down, looking inside.
The victim told her roommate, and both ran outside and confronted Jablonski, who police said was held on the ground until police arrived to arrest him.
