BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham police are hoping to bring the public’s attention back to an unsolved homicide that happened 12 years ago.
On the evening of Nov. 20, 2009, 43-year-old Bryan Marriott was found shot to death next to his vehicle on E. Ivy at N. Garden Street in Bellingham, Washington.
Witnesses reported hearing an argument just before the shooting and seeing a dark-colored passenger car leaving the area.
The case has remained open with little to no new information since 2009.

Detectives investigating the case hope someone reminded of this case will remember some details which will aid in solving this crime. Or after 12 years anyone involved in the case may feel more willing to come forward and help provide answers and closure for Mr. Marriott’s family.
The Bellingham Police Department is offering a $5,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest in this homicide. Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound is offering an additional $1,000.
