With the holiday mailing rush coming, the Postal Service will open some of its offices on select Sundays for a few hours.
Some will be open on Sunday December 14th and others on Sunday December 21st.
Here is the list from the Postal Service.
In Seattle, the Bitterlake, Terminal Station, Tukwila, Wallingford and Westwood post offices will be open on Sunday, December 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Other Puget Sound area post offices open on Sundays, Dec. 14 and Dec. 21, include - (Tacoma) Evergreen, Auburn, Twin Lakes in Federal Way, Bellevue Main and Bellevue Crossroads, Bothell Main and Bothell-Mill Creek, Everett Main, Issaquah, Kent Main, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, Renton Main and Renton Highlands. Hours of operation vary by location.
In addition, the Postal Service will deliver parcels from larger offices in the Puget Sound area on each of the Sundays leading up to Christmas.
