LYNNWOOD, Washington — A man is facing voyeurism charges in Snohomish County after police said they found him taking an “upskirt” video with a camera attached to his shoe.
Investigators said 47-year-old Steven Baca was recording the video up a woman’s skirt as she shopped at a Goodwill store in Lynnwood on Monday. The victim’s husband saw the whole thing and tackled Baca.
Responding officers said they found the camera sewn to Baca’s shoe.
