EVERETT, Wash. — UPDATE: Lowell Lowe was later arrested on Saturday.
For the second time in two months, the Department of Corrections can't find a schizophrenic killer in Snohomish County.
Lowell Lowe was supposed to check in Saturday in Everett but never showed up.
The Herald reports an arrest warrant was issued this week.
Lowe, 52, was convicted of killing a man in Arlington in 2002.
He's been jailed six times since he was released in 2013.
Lowe was also sought in January for failing to report in. He was arrested about a month later.
Lowe is described as 5-foot-8 and 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
