During the pursuit, the driver slammed on the brakes, but the troopers avoided hitting the van. However, one trooper rear-ended another trooper’s cruiser.

One trooper had minor injuries and was taken to a hospital as a precaution.

The suspects, the driver and two passengers, were taken into custody at 12:19 a.m.

The crash on westbound I-90 just west of Eastgate blocked three lanes but has since cleared.
