Man killed after rollover collision in South Hill

SOUTH HILL, Wash. — A man is dead after a fatal rollover collision in South Hill on Saturday, according to a Facebook post from the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to a call around 6:54 p.m. of a single-car rollover collision in the 9200 block of 152nd Street East in South Hill.

When deputies arrived, they found a blue pickup truck laying on its passenger side in the middle of the road.

The driver, a 30-year-old man, was dead at the scene.

Investigators believe the truck was traveling at high speed when it left the road and hit a boulder, causing the truck to roll several times before coming to a stop on its side.
