WATCH: Russell Wilson appears in new comedy sketch with Joel McHale

After spending time at spring training with the New York Yankees last month, Russell Wilson seems to still be enjoying his offseason.

Now, the Seahawks quarterback is revealing his fitness secret in a sketch alongside Joel McHale and actress Kate Flannery.

The sketch was posted on YouTube on Monday as part of the new "The Joel McHale Show with Joel McHale" on Netflix.

McHale attended Mercer Island High School before graduating from the University of Washington in 1995. A well-known Seattle sports fan, McHale raised the 12th Man flag before the Seahawks – Rams Game in December 2015. Click here to see more.

Wilson was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft out of the University of Wisconsin. In six full seasons with the Seahawks, Wilson has been named to four pro bowls and led the team to a Super Bowl XLVIII win over the Denver Broncos.

Flannery is most known for playing the role of Meredith Palmer on the NBC series "The Office".
