TACOMA, Wash. — A driver who possibly had a medical emergency slammed into a building and missed hitting a 12-year-old boy.
The crash happened Thursday evening in the 6300 block of East Mckinley Avenue in Tacoma.
Tacoma police said there were no serious injuries.
Gwen Noble-Wold, the owner of Yellow Bird Catering, said her kitchen was not damaged, so she hopes to resume serving meals to the public soon.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
