Tacoma police arrested a suspect on August 15 following a break-in at a property in the 6400 block of Pacific Avenue.
The suspect, who was armed with a metal pipe, attempted to run away when officers arrived.
During the chase, the suspect ran into a stopped van.
A firearm was recovered during the incident, and the suspect was taken into custody.
He now faces multiple charges.
