FEDERAL WAY, Wash. -
Crews with the South King Fire Department spent time clearing water from roadways Wednesday evening in Federal Way after some flooding.
Several crews were deployed in areas where stormwater drainage systems got overloaded after heavy rain, officials said.
There were reports of a couple of feet of water on parts of South 320th Street, officials said.
There was also a report of major flooding on Pacific Highway South near the old Sears at The Commons and even of a vehicle getting stuck.
Pacific Highway was closed from South 320th to South 324th Street because of flooding.
Federal Way police closed parts of South 320th.
Some roads have been cleared and reopened, officials said.
