Klavano was taken into custody by Kirkland detectives Friday afternoon in Auburn, where she was scheduled for a separate court appearance, officials said.
On July 5, Klavano visited DermaVita Skin Care Clinic, where she had an appointment and received Botox treatments, officials said. She advised the staff at the facility she had left her wallet in her car.
Police said she left and never returned.
Klavano received treatment estimated to have cost upward of $2,000, according to police.
Officials said other Eastside locations were also victims of similar thefts in which Klavano was also suspected.
Klavano was arrested on suspicion of second-degree theft and second-degree attempted theft in connection to three incidents in Kirkland and Bellevue.
