KIRKLAND, Wash. — The woman suspected of skipping out on paying for Botox treatments from DermaVita Skin Care Clinic has been identified by police.
Kirkland police said their sources identify the woman as 30-year-old Lauren L. Klavano.
On July 5, Klavano visited DermaVita in Kirkland where she had an appointment and received Botox treatments, officials said. She advised the staff at the facility she left her wallet in her car.
Police said she left and never returned.
Klavano received treatment estimated to have cost upwards of $2,000, according to police.
Officials said other Eastside locations were also victim to similar thefts where Klavano is also suspected.
Klavano is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds.

Police said they are obtaining warrants for Klavano’s arrest and are asking anyone who may know where she is to a call 425-587-3507.
