Investigation underway after man killed in White Center shooting

A homicide investigation is underway after a man was shot and found dead in White Center on Sunday night, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office.

At about 10 p.m., a 911 caller reported a shooting in the 10700 block of 16th Avenue Southwest.

Upon arriving at the scene, deputies found a man dead with a gunshot wound.

KCSO Major Crimes detectives are handling the investigation.

Authorities have not shared any information on potential suspects at this time.
