Armed man arrested in connection with shooting in Everett, deputies say

EVERETT, Wash. — A Tacoma man suspected of shooting another man Thursday night in Everett is in custody.

The Snohomish County sheriff’s deputies said they arrested Jayden Page, 19, who is believed to be connected to the shooting in the 13000 block of 39th Avenue Southeast.

A 20-year-old man reportedly walked out of a business and got into an argument with the suspect, officials said.

Deputies said the man was shot in the arm and taken to Providence Regional Medical Center.

Page was seen fleeing the scene of the shooting in a gray Toyota Matrix, deputies said.

Officials said Page was found by police in the Lynnwood area Friday. He was armed and ran from police but was caught.

Page was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
