SEATAC, Wash. — On Monday morning, a flight from South Korea to Atlanta was diverted to Seattle for a reported suspicious package, according to officials.

A spokesperson for the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) said the plane landed around 9:10 a.m. and was evacuated out of an abundance of caution.

Crews searched the plane and cleared it, and travelers were able to get back on around 11:40 a.m.

It’s unclear what the reported suspicious package was.
