EDMONDS, Wash. — Edmonds police are searching for a man missing from a care facility.
Sawyer West, 29, left the facility on Oct. 16 and hasn’t been heard from since. He left his belongings at the facility.

West is about 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs around 160 pounds and has blue eyes.
