GIG HARBOR, Wash. — Crews responded to a medium fuel spill that was reported off of the Gig Harbor Marina pier on Saturday.
Firefighters and police put a boom around the spill to contain it.
Authorities said the Department of Ecology was contacted and will assist in the clean-up.
Officials did not say what caused the fuel spill.
Authorities are investigating.
