BREMERTON, Wash. — Bremerton police are asking the public to keep an eye out for a man wanted for rape of a child.
Ricky Hogg’s last known location was in Kirkland on Oct. 14.
He is believed to be traveling on foot and may be attempting to return to the Bremerton area, possibly via the ferry system.
Police say he does not have access to a known vehicle or phone.
