$300,000 worth of fentanyl seized from Sammamish home, police say

SAMMAMISH, Wash. — Narcotics investigators seized thousands of pills, two handguns and $75,000 from a home in Sammamish on Friday, the Seattle Police Department announced.

Officials said they served the warrant at the home as part of an investigation into fentanyl dealing around Aurora Avenue and in the Lake City neighborhood.

Police served the warrant at the home, located in the 22000 block of Southeast 37th Street, and said they seized 12,000 fentanyl pills, which have a street value of $300,000.

Officials said they also seized 5,000 MDMA pills and hundreds of amphetamine pills

Police said the homeowner was taken into custody and their investigation remains is ongoing.
