EDMONDS, Wash. — A man has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of an Edmonds Domino's employee.
The delivery driver was charging his electric car when he interrupted a car prowler Saturday night.
Edmonds police said the victim in his 40s said he saw the attacker had broken into his car, so he opened the door and pulled the man out.
The man then stabbed the employee twice.
Edmonds said they arrested a 34-year-old Shoreline man at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.
After a brief attempt to interview the man at the Edmonds Police Department, he was transported to the Snohomish County Jail where he was booked on charges of first-degree assault and robbery.
Police said the man has an extensive criminal history from North and South Carolina.
