YAKIMA, Wash. — An Amber Alert issued Tuesday out of Yakima for a 3-year-old girl has been canceled.
Lupita Tellez was found safe in Spokane, Wash.
Lupita Tellez and her mother were last seen at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday. They were reportedly forced into a grey or silver 2000 Mitsubishi Galant four door with Washington plates reading AUP4936.
The suspect was Kyle Arellano, 18. Authorities arrested Arellano without incident late Tuesday night.
