Momma Allard’s Wings

This sweet and savory wing recipe comes from Meteorologist Nick Allard’s mom.

3-4 pounds chicken wings

1 cup sugar

1 cup soy sauce

1 clove garlic

Put wings, sugar, soy sauce and garlic in a plastic storage bag. Marinate overnight.

Bake at 350° Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Check the wings and flip them over. Bake until done.

Note from Nick: Make sure to cover a sheet pan with foil. The sugar will make a mess!
