SEATTLE — Actors Billy Burke and James Wolk will be the grand marshals of the 68th annual Alaska Airlines Seafair Torchlight Parade. Burke is a Bellingham native, and both star on the CBS summer drama "Zoo," now in its third season.

"We're super excited to be able to have them be part of the parade," Seafair president Richard Andersen said. "They'll be a great fit for Seattle."

On "Zoo," Wolk stars as zoologist Jackson Oz who leads a team investigating the mysterious global phenomenon of violent animal attacks upon humans. Burke portrays Mitch Morgan, a veterinary pathologist and member of Oz's team. The show is based on the novel of the same name by James Patterson and Michael Ledwidge.

"We are so grateful that Billy and James will be joining us in Seattle for the Torchlight Parade," said Jake Wiederrich, KIRO 7's executive producer of Seafair. "What a treat for all of us to be able to welcome them to 4th Avenue!"

Burke, 50, is also noteworthy to his fellow Washingtonians as an actor in the "Twilight" film series. He portrayed Charlie Swan, a Forks, Wash. police officer who is the father of main character Bella Swan. Wolk, 32, is a Michigan native who was featured in the 2012 USA Network mini-series "Political Animals" starring Sigourney Weaver and Ciaran Hinds. Later, his recurring role as the mysterious Bob Benson on the AMC drama "Mad Men" became one of the most talked-about storylines of the show's 6th season.

Both Wolk and Burke will be in Seattle Saturday, July 29 to participate in parade festivities.
