7 things to do this weekend: July 20 - 22

1) Annual delight: King County Fair, Enumclaw – Thursday to Sunday, July 19-22. This annual event will be full of attractions and just good fun. Want to watch racing pigs, they'll have, or check out barrel racing, it will be there on the Enumclaw Expo Center grounds.  And don't forget the amazing music and food that will be available. 2) Grounded sounds: JamFest, Seattle – Thursday, July 19. The sweet sounds of jazz will play in Seattle's Chinatown-International District. People can enjoy live music and cabaret performances, event going back to the throwback s of the 60s. Follow this link for details.

3) Food, food, food: Bite of Seattle – Friday to Sunday, July 20-22. So, every year this event highlights some of Seattle's best area foods and cuisine. More than 60 restaurants and pop-up vendors, along with live bands and entertainment will be at the Seattle Center. There will also be entertainment for kids and a free Bite movie night. 4) Bold, live: Capitol Hill Block Party, Seattle – Friday to Sunday, July 20-22. This event will not be without plenty of acts over the three days. Catch acts like Sol, Opia and ParisAlexa. 5) Band Blast: Darrington Bluegrass Festival – Friday to Sunday, July 20-22. Get an ear full of American roots music at this music celebration. Hear music from Volume Five, Dave Adkins and more. Follow this link for details.

6) City fun: Olde Burien Block Party – Saturday, July 21, noon to 11 p.m. The summer days are here and so is this annual party between Southwest 152nd and Ambaum Boulevard. Those looking going to the event will enjoy live music, entertainment and events for kids. Follow this link for details.

7) Parade party: Chinatown Seafair Parade, Seattle's International District – Sunday, July 22, 7 p.m. From event site: The Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce organizes the annual Chinatown Seafair Parade, a sanctioned Seafair event. The parade features lion and dragon dances, the Seattle Chinese Girls Drill Team, and many more local community groups. Follow this link for details.
