Be the Match: 5-year-old Kraken fan needs bone marrow transplant

Meet 5-year-old Isola Fiddick.

Isola is a big Seattle Kraken fan. In November, she visited the Climate Pledge Arena on Hockey Fights Cancer night to not only cheer on the team but meet her favorite player, Morgan Geekie.

Isola had been battling a rare form of lymphoma last year, and in July, around her 5th birthday, she was pronounced cancer free.

Unfortunately, in just the last few weeks, her cancer has returned.

Isola is undergoing chemotherapy again but will need a bone marrow transplant in the next couple of months.

And the Seattle Kraken and Isola’s family are asking for help. Before doctors can perform a transplant for Isola, they must find a donation match.

If you want to help, go to bethematch.org and register. It only takes about three weeks for a sample to be processed.

A GoFundMe has also been set up to help her family.

Together, we can #HelpIsolaFightCancer.
