NEW ORLEANS — A powerful tornado touched down in New Orleans just before 9 p.m. EDT Tuesday, one night after an outbreak killed one and injured dozens across Texas and Oklahoma.
Social media users and local news outlets flooded Twitter with live feeds of the storm hovering above the Louisiana port city and its suburbs:
