Marc Louis Champoux, of San Antonio, was arrested Friday on suspicion of murder, according to Bexar County online booking records.

Champoux is accused of fatally stabbing Bryan Humberto Aguilar, 25, in a parking lot on June 6, KSAT-TV reported.
