A Subway restaurant in Chicago was shut down Thursday morning after an employee was caught on video wiping the counters with a mop he had used to clean the shop’s floor.

Video of the incident went viral, prompting the Chicago Department of Public Health to shutter the shop and revoke the restaurant’s license, WBBM-TV reported.
An official with the agency saw the video and triggered a surprise health inspection, which the Subway failed, according to the news station.

The same restaurant has failed health inspections before, including two in a row in 2017 for failing to meet proper food storage requirements and employees washing their hands with just water.
The shop’s owner told WBBM the employee in the video has been fired.
