Susan Cox Powell's father to hand out fliers over nearly 500 miles

SEATTLE — Chuck Cox, the father of missing woman Susan Cox Powell, is taking a new step in the search for his daughter.

Cox said he will start handing out fliers Tuesday in the hopes of jogging someone's memory about the case.

He will travel along 486 miles of Interstate 84 handing out the fliers.

Susan Cox Powell disappeared in 2009.

Her husband, Josh Powell, was a person of interest in the case.

Josh Powell killed himself and the couple's two young boys early last year.
