MILTON, Wash. — A woman is in critical condition after someone shot at her home in Milton, and a bullet hit her in the chest.
Police are now looking for the person responsible.
The shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. on 15th Avenue.
Police say when they arrived, they saw multiple bullet holes on the side of the house.
The woman was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
“We currently have no reason to believe there is a continued threat to the community,” the police department shared.
Detectives are currently investigating the scene and ask everyone to avoid the area.
