Washington State Patrol is asking for witnesses to come forward in a shooting that happened on I-5 near SR 518.
A driver called 911 on August 23 during the evening commute. The caller said someone driving a Kia Spectra shot at them around 4:50 p.m.
According to troopers, a bullet had pierced the front passenger door and lodged in passenger seat. The victim was driving a black Ford Raptor.
The caller said the Kia sped off, driving aggressively on southbound I-5 near South 216th.
