THE DALLES, Ore. — A wildfire near The Dalles in Oregon has grown to 2,800 acres and threatened homes.
The fire started at about 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
The fire is about six miles east of The Dalles and has closed a 20-miles stretch of I-84.
Authorities said the fire is 60 percent contained.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
