SEATTLE, Wash. — The Ronald McDonald House hosted their 2026 gala Saturday, Oct. 17.
The event, titled “The House That Love Built,” raised money for families to have a home, meals, and support, as long as they need it, while their child undergoes serious medical treatments.
During the event, Ronald McDonald House Charities raised over $1.5 million to help families in need.
The gala featured several Seahawks legends, including Jim Zorn, AJ Barner, and the voice of the Seahawks, Steve Raible.
Together, the three auctioned off various items, including an autographed AJ Barner jersey, vintage McDonalds glasses, and a football signed by Barner, Raible, and Zorn. They also auctioned off Barner’s “My Cause, My Cleats,” which Barner designed to highlight the Ronald McDonald House.
The auctioned vintage glasses, which feature Raible alongside his teammates, were sold at McDonalds decades ago, and helped build the Ronald McDonald House in Seattle.
KIRO 7’s Monique Ming Laven and Gary Horcer hosted the evening program.
