GRAHAM, Wash. — Firefighters from Graham Fire & Rescue helped the owners of a wallaby reunite with their pet after they were locked out of their vehicle.
Firefighters were called to a report of an emergency lockout where they found a wallaby locked inside a vehicle.
Graham Fire & Rescue said the couple owns the exotic pet. They took it for a ride to the feed store to pick up some supplies and accidentally locked the keys in the vehicle, trapping the animal inside.
Crews were able to open the door and reunite the pet with its owners.
