Arrest made in killings of two Seattle cable workers in Alabama

An arrest has been made in the killing of two contract workers from Seattle in Elberta, Alabama, 43 miles southeast of Mobile.

Ryan Frazier and Joshua Carroll were in southern Alabama installing fiberoptic cable after Hurricane Sally. A newspaper delivery worker found them both dead in the middle of the road early Friday morning. Deputies say both men had been shot.

Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office says a suspect was arrested Saturday after a police chase that ended in a crash. Deputies have not said what lead up to the shooting.
