‘Ted Lasso’ star Brett Goldstein sells out Seattle’s Moore Theatre in minutes

Brett Goldstein, who stars as the foul-mouthed Roy Kent on the Emmy Award-winning show ‘Ted Lasso,’ has announced a one-night-only show for Seattle’s Moore Theatre.

“Look out Seattle! I’m bringing my stand-up show for one night only to The Moore,” Goldstein said.

Goldstein has received two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series, each for the first two seasons of Ted Lasso.

‘Ted Lasso’ follows the story of an American college football coach who is hired to coach an English soccer team, but with the secret intention that his inexperience will cause the team to fail, however, Lasso’s optimism proves to be a winning strategy.

Season three is scheduled to begin March 15.

According to Goldstein’s Instagram post, he promises there will be swears.

Comedia Pat Burtscher is also slated to perform.

Tickets went on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and were sold out within minutes.
