TACOMA, Wash. — A Tacoma man was fatally shot during a robbery Friday night, according to the Tacoma Police Department.
Just after 11 p.m. officers were sent to a robbery in the 6600 blk of S Alaska St. One victim, a 39-year-old male, was shot and died at the scene. Detectives and crime scene technicians are on scene. This is being investigated as a homicide. pic.twitter.com/YAukXFZkuI

Officers responded to the 6600 block of South Alaska St. around 11:30 p.m. They attempted life saving measures, but the 39-year-old victim was declared dead on scene by the Tacoma Fire Department.
The suspects are described as three armed black men wearing masks who fled the scene, according to a release from the department.
The shooting is being investigated as a homicide.
