In a social media post, the Washington State Department of Transportation said a collision has blocked the on-ramp to State Route 18 from Northbound I-5 in Federal Way.
On the SR 18 eastbound on-ramp from I-5 Northbound (MP 1) there is a collision blocking the ramp.
