SKAGIT VALLEY, Wash. — The Washington State Patrol is asking anyone who thinks they may have interacted with someone pretending to be a police officer in the Skagit Valley to come forward and share information with deputies.
In a statement Tuesday, WSP said it is looking for information about someone driving a Crown Victoria, a car model that resembles older police cars, with push bars installed.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Trooper Ryan Thomas by email at ryan.thomas@wsp.wa.gov.
