A man was shot Tuesday afternoon after a tenant dispute at a Wallingford rooming house, police said.
The shooting happened in the 1900 block of North 46th Street at about 4:15 p.m.
Police said two tenants, who live in separate units, were in a dispute. One of tenants armed himself with a knife and chased the other tenant.
A third tenant then shot the knife-wielding man.
The man who was shot was taken to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing.
